Ingredients

3 tablespoons oil (Olive, Hemp, Grape Seed or Camelina)
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons miso paste 
juice from 1 lime (about 3 tablespoons)
1-inch piece of ginger root, grated
2 garlic cloves, crushed
¼ teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a small blender or jar that accommodates a hand blender
  2. Blend until thick and creamy
  3. Keep in fridge and use within one week
